The Declaration of Independence of the Republic of Moldova: Principles of Methodological Approach

At the end of the 1980s, the Soviet authorities in the USSR and the SSRm condemned the signing of the molotov-Ribbentrop Pact and its consequences, but the problem of liquidating / winding-up these consequences for moldova was not raised by the Soviet authorities, nor by the Popular Front of moldova (FPm). on the contrary, the idea of statehood of the former Soviet republic, either within a restored union or as an independent state, was constantly promoted. moreover, the PFm received a Resolution stipulating that the contestation of the existence of two Romanian states is “illogical and prejudicial”, and other approaches of the given problem, were declared “para-scientific treatments” absurd.
